By choosing "Price" you set the desired price range
By choosing "Locations" you choose the offered city / municipality or settlement
How to narrow your search?
If you get too many results, narrow your search by selecting a settlement in the city / municipality (Tab "Locations").
If you still have too many results reduce the minimum and maximum price (Tab "Price").
How to expand the search?
If there are only a few properties in the desired settlement, select a wider area by selecting a city / municipality. You can further expand your search by selecting the desired county.
Another way to expand your search is to delete both the minimum and maximum price from the price field.
You can also extend your search automatically - by clicking on the link - which appears if the system recognizes it
that the search result is too small a number of properties.
"Houses" are a type of real estate that is listed unless you select Tag we select another type e.g. “Flats” which will then appear in the Tag.
