Nelle immediate vicinanze della sempre più popolare cittadina istriana di Svetvincenat, vendiamo questa Villa di nuova costruzione dal design moderno. Questa confortevole villa è composta da un seminterrato, piano terra e primo piano e dispone di 330 m2 di superficie abitabile. Al piano seminterrato troviamo un locale tecnico, taverna e wc. Il piano terra di un bellissimo concept combina una cucina open space, una dispensa, una sala da pranzo e un soggiorno con accesso a un'ampia terrazza coperta dove sono disponibili una cucina estiva e una zona pranzo. Nel soggiorno ci sono grandi pareti di vetro che forniscono abbastanza luce naturale ma anche una sensazione di ariosità dello spazio con vista aperta sul verde giardino. Dalla terrazza c'è un ponte che sarebbe un collegamento con la spiaggia della piscina. C'è anche un bagno per gli ospiti, due camere da letto, un bagno e una galleria progettata per uno studio. Il piano allo stato attuale non è del tutto ultimato ed è composto da due camere da letto e un bagno in comune. Qui c'è l'uscita sulla terrazza superiore aperta, che offre da un lato una bellissima vista sul monte Učka e dall'altro sul paesaggio circostante e sul mare. Sulla terrazza sono presenti una vasca idromassaggio e un'area salotto. La casa dispone di riscaldamento a pavimento e aria condizionata che la rendono confortevole per un soggiorno tutto l'anno. La posizione è ottimamente situata, nel centro dell'Istria, a soli 6 chilometri dal centro di Svetvincenat, ricco di attrazioni turistiche ed eventi.
