Barban je malo povijesno mjesto smješteno na visoravni, nadomak istočne obale Istre. Danas čuven po svojoj viteškoj igri Trka na prstenac, fešti od vina i festivalu smokava.

Smještena na mirnoj lokaciji, ova se predivna kuća površine 210 m2 prostire kroz prizemlje i kat. U prizemlju ulazimo u prostrani dnevni boravak s kaminom, gdje su u nastavku kuhinja i blagovaonica. U nastavku se nalazi spavaća soba s kupaonicom, gostinjski toalet te malo spremište.

Ograđena i uređena okućnica sastoji se od bazena i sunčališta te natkrivene terase opremljene zidanim kaminom i vanjskom garniturom s pogledom na sam bazen. S vanjske strane dolazi se do spremišta te strojarnice bazena. Prostrana zelena okućnica idealno je mjesto igranja za one najmlađe.

Attractive house with pool, near Barban

Barban is a small historical place located on a plateau near the eastern coast of Istria. Today famous for its chivalrous game Ring Race, Wine Festival and Fig Festival.

Located in a quiet location, this beautiful house of 210 m2 spreads over the ground floor and first floor. We enter the spacious living room with a fireplace on the ground floor, where the kitchen and dining room are below. Below is a bedroom with a bathroom, guest toilet, and a small storage room. The first floor combines two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its bathroom and access to a shared balcony with a beautiful view of Labin.

The house is equipped with an alarm system and video surveillance, and the garden is completely fenced with an automatic gate at the entrance. The problem of heating and cooling has been solved with the previously mentioned air conditioners and underfloor heating, and the exterior carpentry of the building is made of wood.

The fenced and landscaped garden consists of a swimming pool and sun deck and a covered terrace equipped with a fireplace and outdoor furniture overlooking the pool. Attraktives Haus mit Pool, in der Nähe von Barban

Barban ist ein kleiner historischer Ort auf einer Hochebene nahe der Ostküste Istriens. Heute berühmt für das ritterliche Ringrennen, das Weinfest und das Feigenfest.

In ruhiger Lage gelegen, erstreckt sich dieses schöne Haus von 210 m2 über das Erdgeschoss und den ersten Stock. Wir betreten das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit Kamin im Erdgeschoss, wo sich die Küche und das Esszimmer befinden. Unten befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad, Gäste-WC und einem kleinen Abstellraum. Die erste Etage vereint zwei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf Labin.

Das Haus ist mit einer Alarmanlage und Videoüberwachung ausgestattet und der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt mit einem automatischen Tor am Eingang. Das Problem der Heizung und Kühlung wurde mit den bereits erwähnten Klimaanlagen und der Fußbodenheizung gelöst, und die Außenschreinerei des Gebäudes besteht aus Holz.

Der eingezäunte und angelegte Garten besteht aus einem Swimmingpool und einer Sonnenterrasse sowie einer überdachten Terrasse mit Kamin und Gartenmöbeln mit Blick auf den Pool. Es gibt einen Abstellraum und einen Poolmaschinenraum von außen. Der weitläufige grüne Garten ist ein idealer Ort zum Spielen für die Kleinsten.

Attraente casa con piscina, vicino a Barban

Barban è un piccolo luogo storico situato su un altopiano vicino alla costa orientale dell'Istria. Oggi famoso per il suo gioco cavalleresco corsa ad anello, la sagra del vino e la sagra dei fichi.

Situata in una posizione tranquilla, questa bella casa di 210 m2 si sviluppa su piano terra e primo piano. Entriamo nell'ampio soggiorno con camino al piano terra, dove si trovano la cucina e la sala da pranzo al di sotto. Sotto c'è una camera da letto con bagno, bagno per gli ospiti e un piccolo ripostiglio. Il primo piano unisce due camere da letto climatizzate, ciascuna con bagno e accesso a un balcone in comune con una bellissima vista su Labin.

La casa è dotata di impianto di allarme e videosorveglianza, e il giardino è completamente recintato con cancello automatico all'ingresso. Il problema del riscaldamento e del raffrescamento è stato risolto con i già citati condizionatori e riscaldamento a pavimento, e la carpenteria esterna dell'edificio è in legno.

Il giardino recintato e paesaggistico è composto da una piscina e solarium e una terrazza coperta attrezzata con camino e mobili da esterno con vista sulla piscina. C'è un ripostiglio e una sala macchine della piscina dall'esterno. L'ampio giardino verde è un luogo ideale per giocare per i più piccoli.
