Krnica is not located on the coast, but you can quickly reach the bay of Vinjole, about three kilometers away, by car, to sunbathe to your heart's content on the extensive beaches or to swim in the beautiful blue sea. There you will find excellent
fish restaurants, diving and snorkeling hotspots, as well as two well located marinas.

On the first floor is the kitchen with dining area, open fireplace with adjoining dining and living area. From here you can reach the first and second floor: on the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom, on the 2nd floor there is also a bedroom with a bathroom. In the bedrooms there are old wooden floorboards, in the whole living/dining and kitchen area the old stone tiles are mostly preserved. Krnica liegt zwar nicht an der Küste, doch gelangt man mit dem Auto rasch an die etwa drei Kilometer entfernte Bucht Vinjole, um an den weitläufigen Stränden nach Herzenslust in der Sonne zu liegen oder im herrlich blauen Meer zu baden. Dort finden Sie hervorragende
Fischlokale, Tauch - und Schnorchel Hotspots, ebenso zwei gut gelegene Marinas.

Ausstattung
Das Grundstück ist klein und übersichtlich, dennoch mit allem Erforderlichem ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Pool zur Abkühlung in den Sommermonaten, kombiniert mit der Kühle der alten Steinwände. Im Erdgeschoss liegt die Küche mit Essbereich, offenem Kamin mit angeschlossenem Ess-und Wohnbereich. Von hier aus erreicht man den ersten und zweiten Stock: im 1. Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Badezimmer, im 2. Stock ebenfalls ein Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer. In den Schlafräumen sind alte Holzdielen verlegt, im gesamten Wohn/Eß- und Küchenbereich sind größtenteils die alten Steinplatten erhalten. Es gibt 3 Klimaanlagen, und in den herbstlichen und winterlichen Heizperioden leisten der funktionstüchtige Kamin hervorragende Arbeit.
