GRIMALDA ČETIRI KUĆE ZA REKONSTRUKCIJU S POGLEDOM NA JEZERO BUTONIGA

Grimalda se na uzvisini iznad slijeva više potoka koji tvore Butonigu, pritok Mirne. Do nje se dolazi lokalnom cestom koja se odvaja od državne ceste (D 3) Pazin – Buzet.
Stanovnici se bave gotovo isključivo poljodjelstvom (žitarice, voće, vinova loza) i stočarstvom (goveda, svinje, ovce i koze). Nekoliko starih kuća uređeno je za turističko iznajmljivanje.
Tipičnoga je gradinskog obilježja, naseljena već u prapovijesti, a iz antičkog doba na području Grimalde poznato je nekoliko natpisa. U pisanim izvorima prvi se put spominje 1202., kada dolazi pod vlast Akvilejskoga patrijarhata. Do 1420. prelazila je iz ruke u ruku kao feudalno leno, a tada je pripala Mlečanima. Kao pogranično mjesto bila je važna i u vojničkom smislu, pa je u XVI. i XVII. st. više puta stradala, posebno u Uskočkom ratu.

U ponudu smo dobili priliku za investitore, četiri kamene kuće za rekonstrukciju sa pogledom na jezero Butonigu. Na jednoj kući je već počela rekonstrukcija i krov je zamijenjen. Sveukupna površina stambenog prostora je 350 m2.Vrijedno pažnje.

On the hill above Grimalda, there are several streams that form the Butoniga, a tributary of the Mirna. It can be reached by a local road that separates from the state road (D 3) Pazin – Buzet.
The inhabitants are engaged almost exclusively in agriculture (cereals, fruit, vines) and animal husbandry (cattle, pigs, sheep and goats). Several old houses are arranged for tourist rental.
It has a typical castle character, it was inhabited already in prehistoric times, and several inscriptions are known from the ancient times in the area of Grimalda. It was first mentioned in written sources in 1202, when it came under the rule of the Patriarchate of Aquileia. Until 1420, it passed from hand to hand as a feudal estate, and then it belonged to the Venetians. As a border town, it was also important in the military sense, so in the XVI and XVII. century, suffered several times, especially in the Uskok War.

In the offer, we got an opportunity for investors, four stone houses for reconstruction with a view of Lake Butonigu. Reconstruction has already started on one house and the roof has been replaced. The total area of the living space is 350 m2. Worthy of attention.

Auf dem Hügel oberligh von Grimalda gibt es mehrere Bäche, die den Butoniga, einen Nebenfluss der Mirna, bilden. Man erreicht es über eine örtliche Straße, die von der Staatsstraße (D 3) Pazin – Buzet abzweigt.
Die Einwohner betreiben fast ausschließlich Landwirtschaft (Getreide, Obst, Weinbau) und Viehwirtschaft (Rinder, Schweine, Schafe und Ziegen). Mehrere alte Häuser stehen zur touristischen Vermietung zur Verfügung.
Es hat einen typischen Burgcharakter, es war bereits in prähistorischen Zeiten bewohnt und aus der Antike sind in der Gegend von Grimalda mehrere Inschriften bekannt. Die erste schriftliche Erwähnung erfolgte im Jahr 1202, als es unter die Herrschaft des Patriarchats von Aquileia kam. Bis 1420 ging es als Lehensgut von Hand zu Hand und gehörte dann den Venezianern. Als Grenzstadt hatte sie auch militärische Bedeutung, also im 16. und 17. Jahrhundert. Jahrhundert, mehrere Male erlitten, insbesondere im Uskok-Krieg.

Im Angebot erhielten wir für Investoren die Möglichkeit, vier Steinhäuser zum Wiederaufbau mit Blick auf den Butonigu-See zu erchaugen. Bei einem Haus wurde bereits mit dem Wiederaufbau begonnen und das Dach wurde erneuert. Die Gesamtfläche der Wohnfläche beträgt 350 m2. Bemerkenswert.
