Najvažnija privrednaa grana je tradiconalno maslinarstvo, proizvodnja ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja. Postoji nekoliko uljara.
Ostim toga stanovništvo se bavi vinogradarstvom, stočarstvom, trgovinom, uglavnom domaćom proizvodnjom.

Nedaleko od šarmantnog gradića Vodnjana, smještena je prostrana vila s bazenom. Ova lijepa vila s 4 dvokrevetne sobe (i jednom dodatnom sobom) idealna je za obitelji s djecom koji nudi sve potrebno za lagodan život ili u turističke.

U svakoj prostoriji kuće nalazi se klima uredaj, ali ima takoder i plinsku bocu te nudi centralno grijanje.

Vodnjan is a town in southern Istria, ten kilometers north of Pula (Istrian County, western Croatia).
Vodnjan is one of the centers of the Istrian language. In the church of St. Blaža is home to the world-famous collection of relics in Vodnjan, as well as the Vodnjan mummies of saints.
The most important economic branch is traditional olive growing, production of extra virgin olive oil. There are several oil mills.
Apart from that, the population is engaged in viticulture, animal husbandry, trade, mainly domestic production.

Not far from the charming town of Vodnjan, there is a spacious villa with a swimming pool. This beautiful villa with 4 double rooms (and one additional room) is ideal for families with children, offering everything you need for a comfortable life or in tourism.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, together with a dining room and a kitchen from which you can go directly to the terrace where there is a swimming pool with deckchairs, a storage room, a laundry room, a small wardrobe at the very entrance to the house, and two bedrooms.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a wardrobe and a large bathroom.
In the outer part, there is a covered area with a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen, as well as an outdoor toilet and an outdoor storage room, as well as a bank with water. The large yard is decorated with olive trees and various plants.
There is an air conditioner in every room of the house, but it also has a gas cylinder and offers central heating.

Vodnjan ist eine Stadt im Süden Istriens, zehn Kilometer nördlich von Pula (Gespanschaft Istrien, Westkroatien).
Vodnjan ist eines der Zentren der istrischen Sprache. In der Kirche St. Blaža beherbergt die weltberühmte Reliquiensammlung von Vodnjan sowie die Vodnjaner Mumien von Heiligen.
Der wichtigste Wirtschaftszweig ist der traditionelle Olivenanbau, die Produktion von nativem Olivenöl extra. Es gibt mehrere Ölmühlen.
Darüber hinaus betreibt die Bevölkerung Weinbau, Tierhaltung und Handel, hauptsächlich inländische Produktion.

Nicht weit von der charmanten Stadt Vodnjan entfernt befindet sich eine geräumige Villa mit Swimmingpool. Diese wunderschöne Villa mit 4 Doppelzimmern (und einem zusätzlichen Zimmer) ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern und bietet alles, was Sie für ein komfortables Leben oder im Tourismus benötigen.

Im Außenbereich gibt es einen überdachten Bereich mit Grill und Außenküche, außerdem eine Außentoilette und einen Außenlagerraum sowie eine Bank mit Wasser. Der große Hof ist mit Olivenbäumen und verschiedenen Pflanzen geschmückt.
In jedem Raum des Hauses gibt es eine Klimaanlage, es verfügt aber auch über eine Gasflasche und eine Zentralheizung.
