Auf dem umzäunten und gepflegten Garten gibt es einen 34 m2 großen Swimmingpool mit Liegewiese, Grill, die bereits erwähnte überdachte Terrasse für sommerliche Zusammenkünfte sowie Tischfußball und Tennis für die Kleinsten. Im Garten ist Platz für 4 Autos.

Das Anwesen wird derzeit als Sommervermietung genutzt, und der zukünftige Eigentümer kann den etablierten Tourismusbetrieb übernehmen. In ruhiger Lage, umgeben von nur wenigen Häusern, bietet es eine gute Verkehrsanbindung an den Rest der istrischen Halbinsel.
