The price of the entire plot is 1.800.000 €, and as an additional possibility, we offer a purchase of 8000m2 out of the entire surface. The price for that part, where there are olives now, is 1.600.000 €. It is possible to start building right now on approximately 1500m2, whereas it is necessary to wait for General urbanistic plan to be issued to continue with building on the remaining part of the property. The ownership is complete.
Viewing this property is possible only with the signing of our standard agency agreement, which is the basis for further actions related to the sale of real estate, all in accordance with the Law on Data Protection and the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
