KOMPLEKS POLJOPRIVREDNOG ZEMLJIŠTA

Prekrasno veliko i ravno zemljište ima pristup s dvije strane preko parcele u vlasništvu RH. Najveći dio zemljišta je kategoriziran kao oranica, ostalo kao pašnjak i livada.

O MJESTU
Kožljak je selo u Istarskoj županiji, u općini Kršan.
Jedno od atrakcija je kaštel Kožljak smješten na južnim obroncima Učke, na strmoj litici kojemu se prilazi stubištem isklesanim u živoj stijeni. Na vrhu je rezidencijalni dio opasan zidinama s dvije polukružne kule, a podno kaštela je romanička crkva sv. Hadrijana. Kaštel je podignut na mjestu prapovijesne histarske gradine, a prvi se put spominje u pisanim izvorima 1102. godine među kaštelima koje je grof Ulrich II. Weimar-Orlamunde darovao akvilejskoj patrijaršiji.

Kožljak is a village in the County of Istria, in the municipality of Kršan.
One of the attractions is the Kožljak castle located on the southern slopes of Učka, on a steep cliff, which is approached by a staircase carved in living rock. At the top, the residential part is surrounded by walls with two semicircular towers, and at the foot of the castle is the Romanesque church of St. Hadrian. The castle was built on the site of a prehistoric Histrian fortress, and was first mentioned in written sources in 1102 among the castles that Count Ulrich II. Weimar-Orlamunde donated to the Patriarchate of Aquileia.
