Novi Vinodolski is a well-known old seaside town with an excellent tourist location and potential and very good connections with other cities in Croatia and neighboring countries.
It is precisely in this excellent location in the northern part of the Adriatic Sea that a spacious building plot with a project for the construction of a 4* hotel with all accompanying facilities is located.

Novi Vinodolski - Verkauf von Grundstücken für den Bau eines Hotels

Novi Vinodolski ist eine bekannte alte Küstenstadt mit einer ausgezeichneten touristischen Lage und Potenzial und sehr guten Verbindungen mit anderen Städten in Kroatien und den Nachbarländern.
Genau in dieser hervorragenden Lage an der nördlichen Adria befindet sich ein großzügiges Baugrundstück mit einem Projekt zum Bau eines 4* Hotels mit allen dazugehörigen Einrichtungen.
Das Projekt selbst befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Lage direkt an der Küste und grenzt an die örtliche Promenade.
Die Gesamtfläche des Grundstücks beträgt 10.500 m2.
Das Grundstück weist ein leichtes Gefälle zur Küste bzw. zum Strand hin auf, so dass von fast allen Teilen des zukünftigen Hotels, das gebaut wird, eine sehr gute Sicht und ein Blick auf das Meer erreicht werden können.

Obwohl das Projekt an die Promenade grenzt, ist es möglich, eine Konzession für einen Teil des öffentlichen Strandes zu beantragen.
