Kraj, isola di Pašman, in vendita propriamente, dimensioni circa 35 m x 29 m, terreno edificabile, attualmente uliveto autoctono, superficie 1029 m2 in una posizione eccellente, a soli 50 m dalla più prestigiosa spiaggia sabbiosa dell'isola "Tratica".
