· Durchführung der Voreintragung der Eigentumsrechte zugunsten des Käufers im Grundbuch auf der Grundlage des abgeschlossenen Vorvertrags über den Kauf und Verkauf der Immobilie, wodurch der Schutz der Rechte des Käufers und die Möglichkeit der Eintragung gewährleistet werden des Eigentumsrechts unmittelbar nach Erhalt der Nutzungsgenehmigung und Abschluss des Kauf- und Verkaufsvertrags für die Immobilie.
· Anmeldung der Baustelle und Baubeginn.
· Bau und Ausführung der Arbeiten bis zur ersten Etappe – roh bau.
· Zahlung des zweiten Teils des Kaufpreises in Höhe von 25 % des gesamten vereinbarten Kaufpreises, alles gemäß dem Vorvertrag über den Kauf und Verkauf von Immobilien.
· Fortsetzung des Baus und Ausführung der Arbeiten gemäß dem Zeitplan und der Vorvereinbarung zum Immobilienkauf.
· Zahlung eines Drittels des Kaufpreises in Höhe von 25 % des gesamten vereinbarten Kaufpreises, alles gemäß dem Vorvertrag über den Kauf und Verkauf von Immobilien.
· Fortsetzung der Arbeiten bis zum vollständigen Bau des Hauses mit Pool nach dem „schlüsselfertigen" System und der Gestaltung der Außenumgebung gemäß der Projektdokumentation, die Teil des Vorvertrags über den Kauf und Verkauf der Immobilie ist .
· Durchführung einer technischen Inspektion.
· Einholen einer gültigen Nutzungserlaubnis für ein gebautes Haus mit Schwimmbad.
· Abschluss des Immobilienkaufvertrags und Zahlung des vierten (letzten) Teils des Kaufpreises in Höhe von 10 % des gesamten vereinbarten Kaufpreises, alles gemäß dem vorläufigen Immobilienkaufvertrag. .
· Eintragung der Immobilie in das Grundbuchamt (Eintragung eines gebauten Hauses mit Schwimmbad), Auszug der Hausnummer und endgültige Eintragung der Eigentumsrechte 1/1 zugunsten des Käufers in der Gerichtskanzlei.
