Autentična kuća na otoku Susku

Kuća se nalazi u gornjem selu u mirnom dijelu. Površina etaže je 50 m2. Kuća ima dvije etaže što ukupno predstavlja 100 m2. Dodatna kupaonica s wc-om na polukatu zauzima 8 m2, što ukupno predstavlja 108 m2 površine kuće. Izlazom je kuća povezana s okućnicom od 58 m2 s južne strane. Vrt - terasa nalazi se na zasebnoj parceli i moguća je gradnja.
Kuća je renovirana 2013. godine u autentičnom stilu kuća otoka Suska. Redovito je održavana i obnavljana kroz godine. Kategorizirana je za iznajmljivanje. Prilikom gradnje vodilo se računa o uvjetima kulturne baštine.
Građena je od kamena i opeke, sa kamenim okvirima za vanjska vrata i prozore. Armirano betonska ploča na katu je obložena toplinskom izolacijom i drvenim podom. U prizemlju se nalazi kuhinja s blagovaonicom, dnevni boravak s renoviranim kaminom. Na podu su stare cigle poslagane u beton.
Krov je obložen toplinskom izolacijom i pokrovom od mediteranske opeke. Urađena je potpuno nova fasada, stolarija-prozori, grilje i vrata su od sibirskog ariša. Na svim prozorima postavljeni su kvalitetni komarnici. Interijer kuće je kombinacija prirodnog kamena, cigle, drveta i cementnih žbuka obojenih bijelom bojom.
Na 1. katu je nova kupaonica sa wc-om u autohtonom stilu kamen-cigla, na podu je postavljena kvalitetna keramika. U hodniku i sobama postavljen je novi brodski pod.
Za kuću su napravljeni novi temelji i obnovljena cisterna za vodu od 18m3.
Kuća na dvije etaže uključuje:
- prizemlje: kuhinja s blagovaonicom, dnevni boravak s kaminom, stubište i izlaz na namještenu pješčanu terasu, 50 m2
- prvi kat i polukat: hodnik sa odvojenim spavaćim sobama za dvije osobe, kupaonica s wc-om, 58 m2

The roof is covered with thermal insulation and covered with Mediterranean bricks. A completely new facade was made, joinery-windows, shutters and doors are made of Siberian larch. Quality mosquito nets are installed on all windows. The interior of the house is a combination of natural stone, brick, wood and cement plasters painted white.
On the 1st floor, there is a new bathroom with a toilet in the autochthonous stone-brick style, the floor is laid with high-quality ceramics. In the corridor and rooms, a new ship's floor has been installed.
New foundations were made for the house and a water tank of 18m3 was renovated.

Das Haus wurde 2013 im authentischen Stil der Häuser auf der Insel Suska renoviert. Es wurde im Laufe der Jahre regelmäßig gewartet und renoviert. Es ist zur Vermietung kategorisiert. Beim Bau wurden die Bedingungen des kulturellen Erbes berücksichtigt.
