U zelenoj oazi nadomak Siska, prostire se ovo jedinstveno izletište na 32 hektara. Udaljeno svega 70km od Zagreba, izletište nudi raznovrsnu uslugu boravka, okrjepe i odmora u prirodi.

Prednji dio imanja je koncipiran kao ugostiteljski objekt-restoran sa 70 sjedećih mjesta (s opremljenom profesionalnom kuhinjom, šankom, sanitarnim čvorovima, kotlovnicom, garderobom) te natkrivenom terasom sa cca 110 sjedećih mjesta. Terasa ima pogodnost zatvaranja i grijanja te se nastavlja na otvoreni dio (100njak sjedećih mjesta) s pogledom na dječje igralište.

Izletište nudi i smještajni kapacitet u vidu kuće za odmor sa 4 spavaće sobe sa zasebnim kupaonicama, prostranog dnevnog boravka s kaminom, kuhinje te vanjske natkrivene terase.

U središnjem, mirnijem dijelu imanja, smješteno je 5 glamping kućica s terasom koja gleda na jezera i okolno zelenilo. Svaka kućica ima 3 kreveta, vlastitu kupaonicu te klima uređaj, wi-fi, TV, hladnjak.

Korisnicima izletišta na korištenje je i vanjski bazen od 70m2 s automatskom strojarnicom. Opremljen je ležaljkama, tušem te sanitarnim čvorovima. Wellness prostorija ima saunu za 8 osoba, jacuzzi za 6 osoba te vlastitu tuš kabinu i ležaljke.

Stražnji dio izletišta se nastavlja na prostrane pašnjake, livade i šumu na kojem obitavaju jeleni lopatari, poniji i koze. Cijelo je imanje ograđeno armaturnom mrežom od 2m. Označene staze (6km) se mogu koristiti za pješačenje te vožnju biciklom. Na imanju je također paintball teren s potrebnom opremom te ostale društvene igre.

Izletište je vrlo lijepo očuvano, te nudi brojne mogućnosti u smislu proširenja sadržaja i ponude. Poseban je naglasak na prirodne, drvene materijale koji su korišteni u gradnji kao i na pažnju prema postojećoj prirodi i izvorima pitke vode za životinje. In a green oasis close to Sisak, this unique excursion site covers 32 hectares. Only 70 km from Zagreb, the resort offers a variety of services for staying, refreshing and relaxing in nature.

The front part of the property is designed as a catering facility-restaurant with 70 seats (with an equipped professional kitchen, bar, sanitary facilities, boiler room, cloakroom) and a covered terrace with approx. 110 seats. The terrace has the convenience of closing and heating and continues to the open part (about 100 seats) with a view of the children's playground.

The resort also offers accommodation in the form of a holiday home with 4 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and an outdoor covered terrace.

In the central, quieter part of the property, there are 5 glamping houses with a terrace overlooking the lakes and the surrounding greenery. Each cottage has 3 beds, its own bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator.

A 70m2 outdoor swimming pool with an automatic engine room is also available for the users of the picnic area. It is equipped with deckchairs, a shower and sanitary facilities. The wellness room has a sauna for 8 people, a jacuzzi for 6 people and its own shower cabin and deck chairs.

The back part of the picnic area continues to the spacious pastures, meadows and forest inhabited by fallow deer, ponies and goats. The entire property is fenced with a 2m reinforced mesh. Marked paths (6km) can be used for walking and cycling. There is also a paintball field with the necessary equipment and other social games on the property.

The picnic area is very well preserved and offers numerous possibilities in terms of expansion of content and offer. There is a special emphasis on natural, wooden materials that were used in construction, as well as attention to existing nature and sources of drinking water for animals. In einer grünen Oase in der Nähe von Sisak erstreckt sich dieser einzigartige Picknickplatz über 32 Hektar. Nur 70 km von Zagreb entfernt bietet das Resort eine Vielzahl von Dienstleistungen zum Verweilen, Erfrischen und Entspannen in der Natur.

Der vordere Teil des Anwesens ist als Gastronomie-Restaurant mit 70 Sitzplätzen (mit ausgestatteter Profiküche, Bar, Sanitäranlagen, Heizraum, Garderobe) und einer überdachten Terrasse mit ca. 110 Sitzplätzen konzipiert. Die Terrasse lässt sich bequem schließen und beheizen und geht in den offenen Teil (ca. 100 Sitzplätze) mit Blick auf den Kinderspielplatz über.

Das Resort bietet auch Unterkünfte in Form eines Ferienhauses mit 4 Schlafzimmern mit separaten Badezimmern, einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einer Küche und einer überdachten Außenterrasse.

Im zentralen, ruhigeren Teil des Grundstücks befinden sich 5 Glamping-Häuser mit Terrasse und Blick auf die Seen und das umliegende Grün. Jedes Cottage verfügt über 3 Betten, ein eigenes Bad, Klimaanlage, WLAN, TV und Kühlschrank.

Den Nutzern des Picknickplatzes steht außerdem ein 70 m² großer Außenpool mit automatischem Maschinenraum zur Verfügung. Es ist mit Liegestühlen, einer Dusche und Sanitäranlagen ausgestattet. Der Wellnessraum verfügt über eine Sauna für 8 Personen, einen Whirlpool für 6 Personen sowie eine eigene Duschkabine und Liegestühle.

Der hintere Teil des Picknickplatzes führt weiter zu weitläufigen Weiden, Wiesen und Wäldern, in denen Damhirsche, Ponys und Ziegen leben. Das gesamte Grundstück ist mit einem 2 m dicken Maschendraht eingezäunt. Markierte Wege (6 km) können zum Wandern und Radfahren genutzt werden. Außerdem gibt es auf dem Grundstück ein Paintballfeld mit der nötigen Ausrüstung und weitere Gesellschaftsspiele.

Der Picknickplatz ist sehr gut erhalten und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur inhaltlichen und angebotsmäßigen Erweiterung. Besonderer Wert wird auf natürliche Holzmaterialien gelegt, die beim Bau verwendet wurden, sowie auf die vorhandene Natur und die Trinkwasserquellen für Tiere. Die gesamte Dokumentation ist in Ordnung und liegt zur Einsichtnahme bereit.
