Samostojeća zgrada, ispod magistralne ceste u blizini strogog centra grada Makarska, je završena i spremna za useljenje. Luksuzni objekt građen je vrhunskim materijalma s detaljima koji čine stambeni prostor kvalitetnijim i ugodnijim. Fasada zgrade izvedena je s kamenom vunom debljine 8 cm plus završna ruka je silikatna boja. Također su zidovi stanova od strane stubišta obloženi kamenom vunom, a radi bolje zvučne izolacije. Tuševi su „walk in" sa ugrađenim podnim kanalicama, viseća WC školjka sa ugradbenim vodokotlićem, ugradbeni umivaonici s ormarićima s ogledalima, električni bojler „Ariston". Klima uređaji "Mitsubishi" u dnevenom boravku i svakoj sobi s tim da vanjske klima jedinice koje su posebne za svaki stan nalaze na ravnom krovu zgrade. LED rasvjetna tijela u cijelom stanu s dodatnim led trakama u dnevnom boravku. Instalacija TV, SAT i internet u dnevnom boravku i svim sobama. Svaki stan ima odvojeno vodno i strujno mjerilo, koja mjerila se nalaze u zasebnim prostorijama.
