Kupac može birati između različitih kućica, s 1 ili 2 spavaće sobe, različitih veličina zemljišta, opreme i dodatnih opcija ovisno o odabranoj lokaciji.

KUĆA
1) Cijena tipskog modela kuće 40 m2 već od 110000 eura + PDV;

3) Stepenice za terase;
4) Rješenje pametnog ključa;
5) Standardni vanjski namještaj;
6) Podij terase 7X4,8 (m) - 33,6 m2;
7) Namještaj i oprema."

ZEMLJISTE
1) Veličina zemljišta je u prosjeku 100 m2.
2) Prosječna cijena zakupnine za zemljište je 70 eura po m2 godišnje (ovisno o lokaciji grupe kuća)
3) Uz kupnju kuće dolazi i obvezna najamnina za zemljište 3 godine unaprijed, zatim se plaćanje plaća
svake godine u 2 rate (50:50). Zemljišna zakupnina se vremenom indeksira prema stopi inflacije iz godine
u godinu;
4) Ugovor o najmu zemljišta je na 10 godina s pravom produženja;
5) U najam je uključeno jedno parkirno mjesto;
6) Režije (voda, struja) se plaćaju posebno, prema utrošenoj količini."
