Na vrlo atraktivnoj i mirnoj lokaciji nalazi se poljoprivredno zemljište površine 16.000 m2, koje se proteže od vrha brda do plaže.
Prilazni put je zemljani, lokacija je orijentirana prema jugozapadu, parcela je dimenzije 330 m x 75 m (širina uz more).
Pogled je na otok Murter i arhipelag.
Na poljoprivrednom zemljištu nalaze se dvije manje kamene kuće, od kojih je prva na samom ulazu imanja, na vrhu parcele, i sastoji se od 26 m2 stambene površine (kuhinja sa blagovaonom, spavaća soba, kupaona i terasa).
Druga kuća je smještena na donjem dijelu terena, uz more, između borova, zaštičena od pogleda i vjetra, s predivnom panoramom. Ona se sastoji od 36 m2 stambene površine (kuhinja sa blagovaonom, kupaona, dvije sobe) i terase 25 m2 sa vanjskim roštiljem.
Napajanje strujom je preko solarnog kolektora, a voda se dobiva iz gusterne. Kroz cijelu parcelu (okomito) je asfaltirana cesta dužine cca. 350 m.  
Na zemljištu ima stabala raznih voćaka i 250 stabala maslina.

On a very attractive location, agricultural land area of 16,000 sqm, the land stretches from the top of the hill to the beach.
Access to the land is with dirt road, land is quite steep, facing the south-west side, measuring 330 m in length and 75 m in width (by the sea), with stunning view of the island of Murter and archipelago.
There are two small stone houses. One house is at the entrance to the land, at the top of the plot, with 26 m2 living area (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace). The object is powered by solar panels and water is from water reservoir.
Throughout the land (vertically) there is a paved road in length approx. 350 m, which leads to the other small house at the bottom of the plot by the sea, which has 36 m2 living area (kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms) and 25 m2 terrace with outdoor grill.
On the land there are a lot of fruit trees and 250 olive trees.
