Od režija se plaćaju električna energija i voda, po potrošnji.
Iznajmljuje se za jednu do dvije osobe.
Kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni.

Die zu entrichtenden Nebenkosten sind Strom und Wasser, verbrauchsabhängig.
Geeignet für ein bis zwei Personen.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
