Na Crvenim kućama u Zadru, u tijeku je formiranje novog dijela naselja. Gradi se ukupno deset zgrada, a prilikom gradnje vodi se
računa o kvaliteti, standardima i funkcionalnosti. Naselje će imati vlastiti park i igralište. Na prodaju u ovom naselju je stan S7, a nalazi se na drugom katu zgrade. Ukupne je korisne površine 143,75 m2, a pripadaju mu tri parkirna mjesta i krovna terasa s pogledom na more. Podovi u kupaonicama, kuhinjama, hodnicima, na terasama i loggiama, obloženi su keramičkim pločicama, a u spavaćim sobama je klasični hrastov parket. Ulazna vrata su protuprovalna i vatrootporna. Unutarnja stolarija je visokokvalitetna i u bijeloj boji. Sanitarna oprema je visoke kvalitete svjetskih proizvođača. Toaletne školjke su konzolne s podžbuknim Geberit vodokotlićem. Grijanje i hlađenje je putem LG inverterskih multi-split dizalica toplina zidne izvedbe. Za grijanje i pripremu tople vode koriste se električni bojleri. Stanovi će biti opremljeni WI-FI termostatom za podno grijanje u dnevnom boravku i sanitarnim čvorovima. Stanovi će imati i video portafon, a za svaki stan, putem vlastitog brojila će biti napravljena priprema za elektro punjenje automobila . Svaki stan će imati osigurana minmalno dva parkirna mjesta, svako mjesto dimenzija 550X250 cm, a nalazit će se u razini prizemlja zgrade. Zgrada će imati lift, a vanjski prostor će biti osiguran videonadzorom. Bit će priključena na sustav javne odvodnje, a okoliš iste će biti hortikulturno uređen.
Završetak radova i prva useljenja predviđena su tijekom 2026.godine.

In the Crvene kuće area in Zadar, a new part of the neighborhood is currently being developed. A total of ten buildings are under construction, with special attention given to quality, standards, and functionality. The neighborhood will have its own park and playground. Apartment S7 is for sale in this neighborhood and is located on the second floor of the building. Each apartment will have a video intercom and individual metering preparation for electric vehicle charging. Each apartment will have at least two parking spaces, each with dimensions of 550x250 cm, located at ground level of the building. The building will have an elevator, and the exterior space will be secured by video surveillance. It will be connected to the public sewage system, and the surroundings will be landscaped.

Im Stadtteil Crvene kuće in Zadar entsteht derzeit ein neuer Teil der Siedlung. Insgesamt werden zehn Gebäude errichtet, wobei auf Qualität, Standards und Funktionalität besonders geachtet wird. Die Siedlung wird über einen eigenen Park und einen Spielplatz verfügen. Zum Verkauf steht in dieser Siedlung die Wohnung S7, die sich im zweiten Stock des Gebäudes befindet. Sie hat eine gesamte Nutzfläche von 143,75 m² und verfügt über drei Parkplätze sowie eine Dachterrasse mit Meerblick.
