Peruški - turistički teren 1.red do mora

U općini Marčana, mjestu Peruški prodaje se zemljište 1.red do mora koje je u UPU uvršteno u T2 zonu - zonu gradnje turističkog naselja.
Po Uvjetima gradnje, dozvoljena je gradnja na udaljenosti od 100 m od mora, što ovom terenu ne ide u prilog već su na toj površini po planu predviđeni popratni sadržaji za turističko naselje kao što su ugostiteljski objekti, bazeni, sportski sadržaji, plažni sadržaj.
Upravo zbog toga je predan zahtjev za prenamjenu kategorizacije u T3 - kampovi.
Stoga je ovo zemljište trenutno za buduću investiciju!

Peruški - Touristengebiet 1. Reihe zum Meer

In der Gemeinde Marčana, in der Stadt Peruški, steht ein Grundstück in der 1. Reihe zum Meer zum Verkauf, das in der UPA in der T2-Zone – der Zone für den Bau eines Touristenresorts – enthalten ist.
Gemäß den Baubedingungen ist der Bau in einer Entfernung von 100 m vom Meer erlaubt, was für dieses Gelände nicht günstig ist, aber auf dieser Fläche sind laut Plan Nebeneinrichtungen für einen Ferienort wie Gastronomieeinrichtungen, Bademöglichkeiten vorgesehen Pools, Sportanlagen und Strandeinrichtungen sind vorhanden.
Aus diesem Grund wurde der Antrag auf Umwidmung der Kategorisierung in T3-Lager gestellt.
Daher steht dieses Land derzeit für zukünftige Investitionen zur Verfügung!
