U pitanju je izuzetno lijepa, mirna i zaštićena pozicija za relaksirajući rad i ugodan boravak. Na 200 metara je malo selo (uglavnom staračko stanovništvo), a par kilometara udaljen nalazi se gradić Svetvinčenat, ispunjen zanimljivim društvenim, kulturnim i turističkim aktivnostima cijele godine.

An agricultural paradise in the heart of Istria

We are selling a beautiful agricultural land near Svetvincenat in Istria.

The size is 2,158 m2, and there is a wooden house on it measuring 25 m2, which serves as a storage for various larger items. The house is built on wooden posts. It has two water tanks (2,000 liters). It also has two caravans. The larger one, 7 meters, is in excellent condition, and the smaller one serves as a storage for smaller items. Ein landwirtschaftliches Paradies im Herzen Istriens

Wir verkaufen ein wunderschönes landwirtschaftliches Grundstück in der Nähe von Svetvinčent in Istrien.

Die Größe beträgt 2.158 m2, darauf steht ein 25 m2 großes Holzhaus, das als Lagerraum für diverse größere Dinge dient. Das Haus ist auf Holzpfählen gebaut. Es verfügt über zwei Wassertanks (2.000 Liter). Es gibt auch zwei Wohnwagen. Der größere, 7 Meter, ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und der kleinere dient als Lagerraum für kleinere Gegenstände. Es wurde eine Klärgrube gebaut, auf der eine externe ökologische Toilette installiert wurde. Es wurde ein Obstgarten angelegt – 20 Bäume heimischer, autochthoner Sorten (Birnen, Äpfel, Pflaumen, Kirschen, Aprikosen, Pfirsiche). Es wurde ein Vordach mit zwei Wassertanks (2.000 Liter) gebaut. Auf dem Grundstück können weiterhin Obstbäume oder andere Nutzpflanzen gepflanzt werden. Das in dieser Region reichlich vorhandene Regenwasser wird als Wasser gesammelt. Strom ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, 50 m entfernt. Es ist eine äußerst schöne, ruhige und geschützte Lage für entspanntes Arbeiten und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auf 200 Metern liegt ein kleines Dorf (hauptsächlich ältere Bevölkerung) und ein paar Kilometer entfernt liegt die Stadt Svetvinčenat, die das ganze Jahr über mit interessanten sozialen, kulturellen und touristischen Aktivitäten gefüllt ist.

Un paradiso agricolo nel cuore dell'Istria

Vendiamo un bellissimo terreno agricolo vicino a Svetvinčent in Istria.

La superficie è di 2.158 m2 e su di essa c'è una casa in legno di 25 m2 che funge da ripostiglio per varie cose più grandi. La casa è costruita su pali di legno. Ha due serbatoi d'acqua (2.000 litri). Ha anche due roulotte. Quello più grande, 7 metri, è in ottime condizioni, mentre quello più piccolo funge da ripostiglio per oggetti più piccoli. È stata realizzata una fossa settica sulla quale è stato installato un wc ecologico esterno. È stato piantato un frutteto con 20 alberi di varietà domestiche autoctone (pere, mele, susine, ciliegie, albicocche, pesche). È stata realizzata una tettoia con due serbatoi d'acqua (2.000 litri). Nella proprietà è ancora possibile piantare alberi da frutto o altre colture. L'acqua piovana, che è abbondante in questa regione, viene raccolta come acqua. L'elettricità è immediatamente vicina a 50 m. E' una posizione estremamente bella, tranquilla e protetta per un lavoro rilassante ed un piacevole soggiorno. A 200 metri si trova un piccolo villaggio (popolato prevalentemente da anziani), e a pochi chilometri di distanza si trova la cittadina di Sanvincenti, ricca di interessanti attività sociali, culturali e turistiche durante tutto l'anno.
