Gradnja je moguća na jednoj ili više katastarskih čestica ukupne površine od najmanje 3,0 ha, pri čemu građevna čestica na kojoj se planira gradnja mora imati površinu od najmanje 1,0 ha. U slučaju manje površine, mogu se kombinirati više katastarskih čestica kako bi se ispunio ovaj zahtjev.

Omogućava se gradnja građevine bruto površine nadzemnih dijelova do 400 m2, maksimalne visine do 5,0 m, te/ili potpuno ukopanog podruma do 1000 m2 bruto površine.

Građevina mora biti udaljena najmanje 100 m od obalne crte i 20 m od ruba međe sa susjednim česticama. Također, ne smije imati više odvojenih pojedinačnih građevina ukupne odgovarajuće površine.

Odobrenje za građenje može se izdati samo za površine koje su privedene svrsi i/ili zasađene trajnim nasadima (maslina, vinova loza i sl.) u površini od najmanje 70% ukupne površine posjeda.

Construction of buildings with a gross floor area of above-ground parts up to 400 m2, with a maximum height of 5.0 m, and/or completely underground basements up to 1000 m2 of gross floor area is permitted.

Buildings must be at least 100 m away from the coastline and 20 m away from the boundary line with adjacent parcels. Additionally, they must not consist of multiple detached buildings totaling an equivalent area.

Building permits are only issued for areas that are dedicated to the intended purpose and/or planted with permanent crops (olives, vines, etc.) covering at least 70% of the total area of the property.

Der Bau ist auf einem oder mehreren katastertechnischen Grundstücken mit einer Gesamtfläche von mindestens 3,0 Hektar möglich, wobei das Baugrundstück eine Mindestfläche von 1,0 Hektar haben muss. Im Falle einer kleineren Fläche können mehrere katastertechnische Grundstücke kombiniert werden, um diese Anforderung zu erfüllen.

Der Bau von Gebäuden mit einer Bruttogrundfläche überirdischer Teile von bis zu 400 m2, mit einer maximalen Höhe von 5,0 m, und/oder komplett unterirdischer Kellerräume von bis zu 1000 m2 Bruttogrundfläche ist gestattet.

- Gebäude müssen mindestens 100 m von der Küstenlinie und 20 m von der Grenzlinie zu angrenzenden Grundstücken entfernt sein. Darüber hinaus dürfen sie nicht aus mehreren freistehenden Gebäuden bestehen, die zusammen eine entsprechende Fläche ergeben.

Baugenehmigungen werden nur für Flächen erteilt, die dem vorgesehenen Zweck gewidmet sind und/oder auf denen dauerhafte Pflanzungen (Oliven, Reben usw.) mindestens 70 % der Gesamtfläche des Grundstücks abdecken.
