A Filipana, una piccola cittadina istriana non lontano dalla città di Dignano, si trova questa casa vacanze con piscina.    La casa in pietra è la prima della fila e dispone di 110 mq di superficie abitabile e si trova su un terreno di 660 mq.     Si compone di piano terra, primo piano e mansarda.    Il piano terra è composto da una cucina con zona pranzo, una camera da letto e un bagno.    Scale in legno conducono al primo piano, dove si trova un ampio soggiorno con accesso al terrazzo, due camere da letto e un bagno.    La mansarda è composta da altre 2 stanze.    Nel bellissimo giardino paesaggistico si trovano un garage, una cucina estiva, una piscina e uno spazio per il riposo e il relax nei mesi estivi.    Le prime spiagge sono raggiungibili in circa 15 minuti di auto. Si consiglia sicuramente di visitare la città di Pola, la città più grande della penisola istriana, nota per il suo ricco patrimonio storico e culturale, e durante i mesi estivi per numerosi eventi interessanti.
