Kamene kuće u podnožju planine Učke # ruševine za adaptaciju - istočna Istra

Predstavljamo stanciju kamenih kuća na takoreći osami, sagrađene davnih dana od obitelji lokalnog područja. Kuće sa pričama iz daleke prošlosti danas su na papiru ruševine ukupne tlocrtne površine cca 278 m2.
Riječ je o 4 objekta, kamenim ljepoticama uvučenim u prirodu podnožja planine Učke i njezinog Prirodnog parka. Zemljište ukupne veličine 3.306 m2 ulazi sa svojih 3.137 m2 unutar građevinske zone. Omeđen ujedno zemljištem u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske, ovo kombinirano zemljište i kamene istarske uspomene ujedinjuju priču prirodnih ljepota ovog kraja istočne Istre.

Na zemljištu se nalaze upisani objekti (kuća, ruševina, gospodarska zgrada i spremište) te je dozvoljena daljnja gradnja. Trenutačno ucrtana površina objekata u gruntovnici iznosi: 54 m2+43 m2, 113 m2 i 68 m2). Infrastruktura struje i vode se već nalazi na zemljištu. Kuće imaju kućni broj te su u dobrom stanju što se adaptacije vanjskih zidova tiče. Postoji i projekt za izgradnju manjeg naselja. Pristupni put je osiguran i uredan.

Nalazimo se takoreći na osami, a opet udaljeno svega 2 kilometra do prve trgovine. Prva plaža se nalazi na 20 minuta vožnje.

Ljubitelji prirode i istarskog krajolika trebali bi razgledati i upoznati svaki kutak ovog prirodnog bogatstva, i to čim prije.

Stone houses at the foot of the mountain Učka # ruins for renovation - eastern Istria

We present a station of stone houses in the so-called solitude, built long ago by a family from the local area. Houses with stories from the distant past are now on paper - ruins with a total floor area of approx. 278 m2.
It is about 4 buildings, stone beauties tucked into the nature at the foot of the Učka mountain and its Natural Park. The land with a total size of 3,306 m2 enters with its 3,137 m2 within the construction zone. Bounded at the same time by land owned by the Republic of Croatia, this combined land and its stone Istrian memories unite the story of the natural beauty of this part of eastern Istria.

There are marked buildings on the land (a house, a ruin, an outbuilding and a warehouse) and further construction is permitted. The currently plotted area of the buildings in the plot is: 54 m2+43 m2, 113 m2 and 68 m2). Electricity and water infrastructure is already located on the land. The houses have a house number and are in good condition as far as the adaptation of the external walls is concerned. There is also a project for the construction of a smaller settlement. The access road is secured and tidy.

We are located, as it were, in the middle of nowhere, yet only 2 kilometers from the first store. The first beach is a 20-minute drive away.

Lovers of nature and the Istrian landscape should visit and get to know every corner of this natural wealth as soon as possible.

Steinhäuser am Fuße des Učka-Gebirges # Ruinen zur Renovierung – Ostistrien ​

Wir präsentieren ein Refugium von Steinhäusern in der herrlichen Abgeschiedenheit, vor langer Zeit von einer Familie aus der Gegend erbaut. Häuser mit Geschichten aus längst vergangenen Zeiten stehen nun auf dem Papier – Ruinen mit einer Gesamtgrundfläche von ca. 278 m2.
Es handelt sich um 4 Gebäude, steinerne Schönheiten, eingebettet in die Natur am Fuße des Učka-Gebirges und seines Naturparks. Das Grundstück mit einer Gesamtgröße von 3.306 m2 liegt mit seinen 3.137 m2 innerhalb der Bauzone. Gleichzeitig begrenzt durch Land im Besitz der Republik Kroatien, vereinen dieses kombinierte Land und seine steinernen istrischen Erinnerungen die Geschichte der natürlichen Schönheit dieses Teils Ostistriens.

Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich markierte Gebäude (ein Haus, eine Ruine, ein Nebengebäude und ein Lagerhaus) und weitere Bauarbeiten sind gestattet. Die derzeit bebaute Fläche der Gebäude auf dem Grundstück beträgt: 54 m2+43 m2, 113 m2 und 68 m2. Auf dem Grundstück ist bereits eine Strom- und Wasserinfrastruktur vorhanden. Die Häuser verfügen über eine Hausnummer und sind, was die Anpassung der Außenwände betrifft, in einem guten Zustand. Es gibt auch ein Projekt zum Bau einer kleineren Siedlung. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist gesichert und ordentlich.

Wir befinden uns sozusagen mitten im Nirgendwo und sind doch nur 2 Kilometer vom ersten Geschäft entfernt. Der erste Strand ist eine 20-minütige Autofahrt entfernt.

Liebhaber der Natur und der istrischen Landschaft sollten so schnell wie möglich jeden Winkel dieses Naturreichtums besuchen und kennenlernen.
