This house is located in a secluded bay that currently does not have electricity and water supplies, so therefore owners use their own private tanks and solar electricity. Next to this house there is a small space that belongs to the neighbours and they are willing to sell. For now we have no information about the price and other details.
In the bay there are only a dozen houses, and the nearest (except the mentioned neighbour) is approximately 150 meters. The environment is natural herbs and trees found throughout the bulk of the island, and access to the road - which is partly gravel - and in not so good condition.
As for the renovations and improvements the property is located in the 'green zone', so it can only be renovated to the same size, and can NOT be increased in square footage, nor height.
What's also important to know is that the properties that are in the 'green zone' i.e. not building zone (which is the case with this property) foreign citizens can buy only in a way to set up a company in Croatia (then the Buyer is a Croatian company).
