From the top terrace the view of Velebit will be possible.
The path to the house is 3m wide and goes from the local road.

Gelände mit Baugenehmigung an der westen Seite des Insels Silba, mit Ausblick auf Premuda, 210m weg von der westen Küste, neben Bucht Potcukmarak und 550m weg von der osten Küste und Sandstrand Sotorisce. Gelände ist eben und rechteckig, die Fläche 684m2 (670m2 Gelände, 14 m2 Weg). Es hat Baugenehmigung für ein Familienhaus mit einer Wohneinheit (Keller, Erdgeschoss, erster Stock). Von obener Terrasse wird man ein Ausb lick auf Velebit haben können.
Weg zum Haus ist 3m weit und geht von Ortsstraße.
Strom und Telefon an der Grenze des Geländes. Versorgungsunternehmen ist bezahlt. Eigentumsdokumentation klar.
