Agricultural site Hvar Island
This is an exceptional parcel on the Island of Hvar of 107,391 m2 in size. It is located on the top ridge of the island at about 500 m above sea level. The views from this location are spectacular as the parcel goes right up to the edge of a cliff. The land is primarily agricultural with a percentage as arable land that used to be a vineyard and the rest is ideal for planting olive trees. There is a lavender field on the part of the arable land, which is still being harvested. The location of this valley offers a unique location on the island affording seclusion and privacy.
It takes about 30 min by car to the parcel from the main ferry port of Stari Grad. There is a paved road to the village of Svirce and then 7 km by a dirt road from Svirce to the parcel.
