Each unit has covered staircase, rooms are spacious and designed functionally. Each apartment features two sleeping rooms, kitchen, a living room, bathroom, big terrace and smaller balconies.
Smaller units have one sleeping room.
Only natural materials are used for construction - natural modular bricks for inner and outer walls.
Windows and doors are made from plastic, they are of highest quality with thermal isolated pane and automatic ventilation function, they are framed with Pazin massive stone. Stairs are from genuine Istrian sand stone.
The floor is wooden tile, painted semi-matt, kitchen and bathroom floor is covered with ceramic tiles, as for lounges, terraces and outside we used more massive and durable tiles from stone-ceramic combination.
