Napusteno selo sa pet kuca u blizini Huma
Ovdje Vam nudimo jedno napustene selo u blizini gradica Hum u centralnoj Istri. Selo se sastoji od šest kuca koje je potrebno kompletno sanirati. One se nalaze na parceli od 11.500 m2.
Ukupna tlocrtna povrsina objekata iznosi 750 m2, na dvije etaze 1.500 m2.
Povrsina zemljista iznosi priblizno 40.000 m2 - 4 Ha, a povrsina dodatnog gradjevinskog zemljista iznosi 2.700 m2. Konunalni doprinos je u cjelosti placen, pa ce do 01.02.09 na zemljiste biti dovedena struja i voda kao i asfaltna cesta. Ovo je regija u kojoj vrlo dobro uspjevaju masline kao i vinova loza. Prosjecna temperatura ljeti dosize 30¨C a zimi nikada nije manja od +5°C.

Sechs Häuser dieses Dorfes sind sanierungsbedürftig und befinden sich an einer Parzelle die 11.500 m2 groß ist. Gesamt Grundrissfläche aller Häuser beträgt 750 m2, gesamt beide Stockwerke 1.500 m2 Wohnfläche. Mit der Zeit hat Eigentümer noch viel Land dazu erworben. Somit sind es jetzt insgesamt fast 40.000 m2 (4 Ha). Davon sind noch 2.700 m2 Bauland. Gebühren für Strom und Wasseranschluß sind komplett bezahlt. Strasse führt bis zu dem Grundstück.
